Eye of the Beholder Topsites

Calling All Creative Beings!!

Do you have a creative site.....are you an artist, poet, designer? Do you have a creative flare to your site? If so, this is the Topsites List for you.

GUIDELINES

1. Your site can be on any subject(s). If you feel your site is creative, and shows your hard work and talent, please sign up.

2. We prefer sites that are no harsher than PG-13. Content related to hate or racism will not qualify.

3. Please do not submit sites that are loaded with "under construction" pages or a lot of dead links.

4. PLEASE DO NOT submit your site if it is another topsite list, or advertising for another topsite list. I would be happy to place a link to your topsite on this page, but do not want it competing/listed on "Eye of the Beholder" topsites.

5. If you win three consecutive times, please give others a chance, and do not actively pursue votes for your site. We certainly don't want you to leave, as one of the purposes of this topsite is to bring traffic to your site. Please just don't list your sites on VE boards or massive VE mailers. Wait a few months, and if you wish, try again for first place. Thanks for understanding.

6. You must have one of the "Eye of the Beholder" banners on your site. This is only fair, as it will bring traffic to everyone's site. Others are posting the banner which brings traffic to you.

Creativity is as limitless as the universe. Colorful and unusual website are encouraged. Artistic and Poetic sites are embraced. The focus is creativity.

Monthly Winner

"Eye of Beholder" vote counts are reset to ZERO at the beginning of every month. The top three winners of the month will get an award and be listed as such on the main page.

Banners

Once you sign up, you will get a code with the "default banner" (below). Please place this banner on your site to encourage votes for your creativity. This is mandatory. If you prefer one of the other banners, you are welcome to copy it (you will need to save it to your own hard drive) and use it instead of the default. If you need help with the coding, please send me an email. Once you sign up, please be patient. It may take a while for your banner and/or site information to show on the topsite list. You will need to vote for your website one time to become active each month (and see your banner show up).
